Palm Technology provides various sizes of e-paper display modules. VA area ranges from 0.97", 1.50", 1.54", 2.13", 2.15", 2.66", 2.9", 3.1", 3.45", 3.5", 3.7", 4.2", 4.37", 5.79", 5.83", 5.84 ", 7.5", 10.2", 10.85", 11.6", 12.48", 13.3" etc.

E-paper does not need any backlight embedded in the part nor power to retain an image. E-paper reflects ambient lights rather than emits lights to the viewer’s eyes, and therefore the brighter ambient light source is, the more clearly it will show on the display.
